Cape Panorama Lodge for B and B or Self Catering Apartments

Whatever your choice of accommodation at the Cape Panorama Lodge, we will go the extra mile in accommodating your extra needs. Choose from either Bed and Breakfast Rooms or Self Catering Apartments. Whatever suits your needs, we’re there for you.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking Cancellations and Amendments

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made on the same day, within two days prior to arrival, or in the event of a no-show.

Payment

Full payment is required prior to, or on the day of arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or direct deposit.
All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT. A stay at the lodge is inclusive of use of the lodge facilities.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time is from 2pm. Check-out time is 10am.
Flexibility with early check-in and late check-out will be provided where possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Lodge facilities are available for enjoyment while at the property.

Additional Policies

Noise Restrictions: No loud music after 10pm.
Damage Reporting: If you break something, please let us know so that we can replace it for the next guests.
Pet Policy: We are not pet friendly but service animals are welcomed.

We constantly provide advantageous rates for clients who book DIRECT WITH US. Please check regularly to take advantage of our direct booking rates.

Conditions

* Rates exclude breakfast.
*Full breakfast is available at an additional cost of R120,00 per person upon request.
*The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
*The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in. All bookings include 15% VAT
* We reserve the right to not refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit initial deduction costs.
